A large, contoured site currently zoned ‘Reserve’. (A Reserve Management Plan process would have to take place to use this area.) It has a small existing carpark, surrounded by residential area. The site is one street back from the main and slightly disconnected from the village. Possibly too far to attract foot traffic from the main village. Less likely to be attractive to partner agencies.
