A large, flat site with no known planning constraints and plenty of room for car parking. Near by the local primary school. The site is not on the main thoroughfare and is a somewhat disconnected from the village. Less likely to be attractive to partner agencies. The site is below road level, and would require a double height building to be visible to passing traffic. This could potentially obscure the front of the Community Centre.
